Getting to New Orleans
By air: New Orleans can be reached from all over the USA and Canada through the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY). From the airport it is about 30 minutes driving to the center of New Orleans, which can be done by rental car, taxi, shuttles or Uber/Lyft. More information can be found on the MSY airport website.
By car: New Orleans is a major city and can easily be reached by car. There is limited street parking around the Tulane and Loyola University campus. Parking permits can be obtained through Loyola’s parking services. An email will be sent with a link to registered attendees.
Meeting Venue
The meeting will be held at the Hampton Inn & Suites New Orleans Convention Center. The venue is located in downtown New Orleans, in the Warehouse District, and parking might be challenging. There is a valet car park at the hotel, and there are several public car parks nearby for a fee.
